What is it for?
Warmth and comfort. It is sold as a heated wrap, not a medical device, and we make no claims about treating pain or any condition.
How is it powered?
A built-in 5000mAh rechargeable battery. Charge it in 2 to 3 hours with the USB cable in the box, from any USB charger or power bank you already have. A charger is not included. Do not use it while it is charging.
How long does a charge last?
On the highest settings, about 90 minutes with heat and massage together, or about 100 minutes with heat alone. Massage on its own runs much longer.
How warm does it get, and what does the massage feel like?
Three heat levels: 45, 55 and 65°C. The massage is a gentle vibration with three modes. The red light comes on together with the heat. Use heat and massage on their own or together. We sell the WarmWrap for warmth and comfort and make no claims about what the light does.
How big is it?
The belt is 118 cm long and 20 cm wide. It comes with a 92 cm extension strap if you need more length, and weighs 670 g.
What comes in the box?
The WarmWrap belt, an extension strap, a USB charging cable and an English manual. No wall charger is included.
Can I wash it?
No, the belt is not washable. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
Does it switch off by itself?
No, it has no automatic shut-off. Switch it off when you are done, and never use it while you are asleep.
Who should not use it?
Check with your doctor first if you have diabetes, reduced feeling in your skin, poor circulation, a pacemaker or other implant, or are pregnant. Always wear it over clothing, never while asleep, and stop if it feels too hot.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 days. Shipping is free and tracked.
