Buying from Lumiville
Is there a subscription or any recurring charge?
No. Every order is a single one-off purchase. There is no subscription, no auto ship, and nothing that renews. You will never be charged again unless you place another order yourself.
Is there a real person behind this?
Yes. I'm Javier, and I run Lumiville. Email support@lumiville.store and I reply myself, usually within one business day. Our registered contact details are on the contact page.
What is your refund policy, honestly?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind: tell us, then send it back unused for a full refund. If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, or stops working within 60 days, email support@lumiville.store with your order number and a photo. We refund you in full and you don't need to send it back. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
What is a Set, and what is a Duo?
A Set is the product plus one extra at a lower price: the SmoothPro with the IceRoll, the SilkStyle with the StyleCase, or the CurlWrap with the SatinSleep satin pillowcase. A Duo is two of the same, with a saving on the second.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 days. Every order is tracked. If your tracking hasn't moved after 5 days, email us and we'll chase the carrier.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on every order, with no minimum spend.
The SilkStyle
What comes in the box?
The handle, five heads (a drying nozzle, a smoothing brush, a volume brush and two curl barrels) and an English manual.
Will it work on my hair?
It works on most hair types. If your hair is fine, use a lower setting.
What plug does it have?
A UK plug, for the UK and Ireland.
The SmoothPro
Will it work on my hair?
It works on black and dark brown hair, on fair, light or medium skin. On light brown hair results vary. It won't work on grey, white, red or blonde hair, and it isn't for brown or very dark skin.
How often do I use it?
Once a week to start, then as needed. Results build over weeks and vary from person to person. Always do a small test patch first.
What does it feel like?
A warm flash. The ice-cooling plate keeps your skin cool.
Where can I use it?
Legs, arms, underarms and the bikini line. It is not for use on the face. Don't use it on tattoos, moles or broken skin, or if you're pregnant.
What plug does it have?
A UK plug, for the UK and Ireland.
The CurlWrap
Do I need to be good at curling?
No. Put a section in and press the button, and the curl drops out.
How is it powered?
It's cordless and charges by USB-C. If you leave it idle for 10 minutes, it switches itself off.
Which heat setting should I use?
There are 10. Go lower for fine hair and higher for thick hair. Use it on dry, brushed hair, never wet.
What comes in the box?
The CurlWrap, a USB cable, a comb, clips, a travel pouch and an English manual.

Is anything charged before I complete my order?
No. Nothing is charged until you finish checkout.
